Michelle Filicicchia

Michelle Filicicchia, Trainer and Subject Matter ExpertMichelle’s career spans 20 plus years, specializing in performance consulting in the field of workplace learning and performance.  She brings a unique, fresh and strong customer focus approach with client engagements.  Michelle’s experience and expertise includes organizational development, change management, executive coaching, facilitation, and adult learning program design and development.   Her ability to analyze a client’s real needs and create a customized approach to performance improvement enables her clients to reach and achieve measurable results. 

Michelle’s desire is to help individuals and companies achieve success by helping them lead more effectively, become more efficient, effective, productive and experience contentment and enjoyment in what they do.  She also enjoys building professional relationships that promote trust, respect, integrity and fun.  She has worked on a variety of projects which includes communication skills training (DiSC), 360 degree coaching, conflict resolution, customer service culture, project management, sales training, financial consulting, interviewing skills, sales kick-off meetings, and strategic planning sessions.  Michelle coaches individuals at the executive, management, and individual contributor levels.  She also designs training programs and develops training curriculum plans.  She has worked with large, small, family-owned, and non-profit organizations in various industries (Healthcare, Commercial Real Estate, Technology Services). 

Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Training and Organizational Development from the University of Minnesota.  She serves on the board as Co-VP of Marketing with the Chicago Chapter American Society of Training and Development.  In 2006, she earned a certification (Certified Professional Learning and Performance (CPLP)). She earned a certificate in Change Management from Benedictine University. She is an adjunct faculty member for Roosevelt University and teaches the Human Performance Technology course.  Michelle is an executive coach and became certified with WABC (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches) in 2007.  

On the personal side, Michelle is married to Dave who is an electrical engineer. Michelle enjoys traveling, singing and taking walks with the family pet, Wilson (miniature dachshund).

 

Trip Nadzak

Trip Nadzak has been in the wireless industry for over 20 years. Trip joins CDI with a mission of helping other like-minded Carriers, Master Agents, Dealers and Owners realize increased success. Trip is dedicated to his craft, his customers and to his country. As a Lead Consultant for CDI, Trip seeks to change for the better the successful Sales and Operations of the clients that we serve.
 
Most recently, Trip was the founder and owner operator of Wireless Utopia LLC, a Preferred Branded Retailer for Sprint’s Boost Mobile brand. Trip researched, opened and operated several retail stores in the Colorado Springs, CO market in November 2015. Within 6 months, Wireless Utopia was the top performing Agent inTrip Nadzak Senior Consultant Corporate Dynamics Inc. the market. Trip sold these stores in October 2016. 
 
Prior to Wireless Utopia, Trip was the Director of Sales and Customer Care for Union Wireless, an independently held communications company based in Wyoming and Colorado. He oversaw Union Wireless’s 14 corporate retail stores, 13 Authorized Agent stores, Customer Service and the company’s Business to Business sales team. Supervising and leading a team of 80 plus personnel, he spurred an increase in same store sales in his first three years by nearly 90%. Trip led his team at Union Wireless to nearly 36 straight months of record sales, customer acquisition and new revenue growth.
 
Trip was also an award winning Agent for Nextel, Cingular, and SunComm with retail stores throughout Charleston, Columbia and Myrtle Beach SC. He sold these stores and went to work for Hargray Communications based in Hilton Head SC. Hargray was a landline, high speed data, cable and wireless provider in markets of SC and GA. He grew sales and revenue in his first three years at Hargray to record levels, overseeing Hargray’s 12 retail stores at the time and their Call Center. This led to a $550 million buyout of the company. Shortly thereafter, Trip was influential in the spinoff of Hargray’s wireless assets to Cricket Wireless for an additional $30 million dollars.
 
Trip started his career in wireless as an Outside Sales rep for Sprint Cellular, selling and managing some of the largest wireless accounts in the state.
 
Prior to entering the telecommunications industry, Trip served our nation as an Army Ranger. He  is a combat veteran and participated in numerous military operations as a Special Operations team member.
