j0438722Selling Cellular™ is a series of highly interactive, customizable sales training that utilizes real scenario’s, real products, and real-time skill practice exercises.  The framework for all modules is a professional, consultative sales approach to understanding and meeting customer needs.  Sales Consultants will create recommendations for their customers based on a more thorough analysis of how they will utilize a broad range of wireless services.  These modules are made to work independently or as part of a coordinated sales training curriculum.  Reps complete an Action Plan at the conclusion of each module which in turn has them implementing ideas and measuring improvements in performance with their Store Manager.
