Surveys – Depending on the target audience and desire outcome, surveys can be facilitated in a variety of ways including: mail, fax, e-mail, telephone, on-site interviews or focus groups.

Secret Shopper – The secret shopper program allows you to take an objective look at how your salespeople interact with customers, how customers perceive your company and the potential lost business associated with your current sales and customer service process. The program includes:

  • In-Store Secret Shopper Evaluations
  • Store Experience Exit Interviews
  • Post Sale Phone Interviews
  • Recommendations on how to improve current processes

Feedback can be used to increase sales proficiency, boost sales and improve customer retention.

Field Rides – Working along side a sampling of your field sales reps helps us to see the your sales process in action and the reaction of customer and prospects. We are able to determine benchmarks and where there needs to be improvement.

Store Audit – Our comprehensive needs analysis provides an audit of all facets of your store operations. We use our Audit Checklist to identify both areas of high efficiency and where money is slipping through the cracks. A comprehensive series of recommendations is made following this needs analysis process.
